2000 Officer and Director Nominations

REPORT OF THE NOMlNATlONS COMMITTEE

At its Spring meeting, the Board of Directors asked me to chair the 2000 Nominating Com-mittee.

Article VII of the SocietyÕs bylaws prescribes a three member nominations committee composed of two members in good standing, not currently serving on the Board of Directors, and one Director at Large, who serves as chairman. Robert C. Jones and Jack Swanberg, both members in good standing, agreed to serve on the committee with me.

The Committee offers the following slate;

Each nominee has agreed to serve.

Naturally, at the annual meeting we will also call for nominations from the floor.
